There 1 SFF-8088 connector to support up to 4 SAS/SATA 3 devices. A PCI-Express 2.0 x8 bus interface is backward compatible to PCI-Express 1.0. HighPoint hardware assisted RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and JBOD offers a balance of storage performance with protection.

OCE/ORLM Support
RocketRAID 2700 series HBA's allow customers to expand capacity and convert existing RAID arrays from one level to another without having to start from scratch: your data remains intact and accessible during the transition!
